Help with main page text editing.

OK before you tell me to go to this link, I have been there and I have looked at all the index.php and default.php code. http://wiki.oscommerce.com/helpHowtoTextGeneral
I cant find where to edit the text that states:

I want to find out which file this is in. Can someone help me, Please?
