Thanks for your reply. So based on the scenario you have mentioned, if I took out and registered the domain, built the site and the cart and say my client wanted then to move away from me, could I switch off the shop? or would he have ownership of the cart because of GPL?
I think the thinking behind GPL is fantastic, dont get me wrong, but I am now trying to see how to apply all this to an actual business and am struggling a little getting my head around it. Anyone with anymore thoughts would be most appreciated.
