Merging Different Licensing

Hi all,

A question on merging of different software with different applications/licensing.

With OSC being GPL, I am looking to merge into the admin a software tool that does not use the functionality of OSC to perform.  What it does is take text from what the user inputs via a form, processes it externally and then gives it back to the browser.

Where the commonality is, it is used with several input forms in the admin of OSC.  This software package has different licensing. As well uses java to perform it operation.   Now can both exist at the same time, or will they be affected in any way?


Any comments on this would be appreciated.
