Hi,

i'm in the same position, my company has developed an
oscommerce client like shopexpress but in java.  We only
used this by ourself as we are runnung an eShop (www.pcconnect.ch) 

Now we mentioned to put this peace of software opensource
under the MPL 1.1 license.

Is this is legaly possible?
