You will HAVE to:

- leave all source code credits intact (add your own if you like)
- leave the Admin footer intact (that displays on the Admin side)

Furthermore you need to be aware that your product will _always_ be GPL
as it is based upon existing osCommerce code. This in effect means I can do exactly what you're trying with my copy once bought.
