Provide notice of change to the original b. Licence the whole thing under the GPL c. Display copyright notice (i.e. the GPL) I think you can make an osC derivate meeting the obligations of the GPL and not display the osC banner in the admin module. ( But don't take my word for it, IANAL. If you want to be sure maybe it is wise to run it by the FSF) Disclaimer: It is never wise to quote out of a license out of context, it is only to illustrate my point.
