This message was sent from: GNU General Public License http://forums.oscommerce.com/viewtopic.php?p=212722#212722 ---------------------------------------------------------------- You can presell, where you sell first rights to interested parties (i.e. collect the money *before* the general release). Also, you can always sell installation, setup, and support. You can also write a generic (non-osCommerce) add-on to eBay and then write an osCommerce interface for that. The key to this is to make sure that there is no osCommerce specific information in your eBay interface. This has the side effect of making it possible to sell your eBay interface to people who are not using osCommerce. For example, an eBay interface to which you could connect with cURL and upload products or download sales would work. I have to admit, I'm a little hazy on what people are trying to achieve with an eBay interface, so I'm not sure of the practicality of the last option. Cheers, Matt
