How about a standalone application that had the ability to manipulate databases from oscommerce stores? I think that would satisfy the licensing requirements and also be able to provide the required functionality. BTW, as I have traded simultaneously both through both ebay and an osC store (and my wife still does) I am aware of many of the benefits that could be realised. The time taken to list new products could be drastically reduced by only having to do it once, plus avoiding the problem where you sell the last of one particular item in both places in the same hour (stock control!) would be a great.
