Screwed alignment of tables on front page bug....

Hi guys,

Sorry for asking this as everybody knows about this bug and has given out the solutions, but can somebody please explain me how to fix the bug using the extra </table> tag in the footer.php. Which line exactly do i affix this tag? Do i only include closing tag but not the opening <table> tag? Please help.....

I've tried forcing cookies and stuff, still doesnt work. Does this bug apply to all PCs or does it depend on the screen resolution of the viewer's PC? Please helppppp
