Newbie to OSC needs help with payment module...

(Apologies if this is in the wrong category!)

I am a newbie to OSC in New Zealand - I have installed the NZ Bank Transfer Payment module on several installations but all I get in the admin panel is the following - 


[color=red]Warning: call_user_func(tep_get_order_status_name): First argument is expected to be a valid callback in /home/handtied/public_html/shop/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 1232[/color]

when I enable that module and the following when I try to edit the details (account numbers, names, banks etc.)

[color=red]Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_cfg_pull_down_order_statuses() in /home/handtied/public_html/shop/admin/modules.php(204) : eval()'d code on line 1[/color]

When I make a test order it shows up with :

NZ Bank Transfer Payment

Please use the following details to transfer your total order value:

Account No.:  12345678
Account Name: Joe Bloggs
Bank Name:    The Bank

Your order will not ship until we receive payment in the above account.

Any suggestions about what to do?
