Column_right.php - Not Positioned Properly

I have no hair left!   Cart works fine on old server. 2.2CVS (7/5/03 snapshot)  Webhost went to a new server and installed 2.2MS2 (frozen 7/12/03)   On new server on almost every page the column_right.php file is not staying to the far right.  It moves in to the left, squeezing the text.
Can't figure this out at all.  You can see the difference if you go to 
www.xtremelyfit.com   on the old server and then look at 
http://www.xtremelyfit-supplements.com/shop/catalog/index.php  on the new server and start clicking around - you'll see what I mean.

Has me buffaloed and balding!
