That's entirely incorrect AFAIK.  If you remove "powered by Oscommerce" then you cannot post your site for review into "My Store".  That's a silly rule and one which does a disservice to Oscommerce and it's users IMO.

Onwards, if you remove "copyright Oscommerce" then make sure that you have changed the look of your site look so that "Oscommerce" cannot claim copyright.  I'm unsure who or what "Oscommerce" actually is - I would assume it's a trademark of HPDL.  I don't know.

So who can't get help here ?  There are a lot of Oscommerce packages that have been put together by others, (eg Loaded, MS2max and so on) - all people using these should ask the providers of the packages for support.  In addition anyone who used an installer (eg the Cpanel one) should ask their host for support before coming here.
