Thanks for the suggestion Kim!  I will do that.

I had figured that since just about every team member, except maybe Harold, had responded to this type of question an internal discussion would have already occurred.

Do you think that a topic in the Development forum would be a good place to start allowing everyone (meaning different nationalities and languages) to participate?
