I think the main requirement of linking to an ERP system is mainly jsut to transfer order details not to replace the MySQL database that osC uses. osC can be used in a wide range of situations given a little customisation from 10 products to stores with 2000 categories and 25000 products. I have seen this linked to a number of big ERP systems and it seems to work well with osC.
