Designer / Developer / OSC Expert Wanted per hour

Im coming to the end of customizing my MS2 release of OSC for one of my customers web sites.

I am looking for someone who can change the look and feel of the front end.  Most everythign has already been modified, but there are still quite a few things that needs adjusting. I have all html templates already completed, they just need to be implimented into the site. I dont know PHP very well, so when I open these source files, it looks like greek to me compaired to html.

The programmer I am looking for does not need to have any design or graphical skills, I do all that on my end in html. I just need help implimenting it.

I'd also like this programmer to be able to make funcationality changes as well.

I'm looking for someone with rates around $35 or lower is possible. Hopefully you work fast too.  

I often like to be online at the same time, so we can quickly review changes on the fly.
