table weight miss calculating shipping

I too am having a simular problem. 

Setup: Max weight 100
Tare: 0
Large package %: 0

item weight is 1

here's my table (sorry it's soo long)
5:4.0,10:6.50,15:8.75,20:10.75,25:12.50,30:14.00,35:15.50,40:17.00,45:18.50,50:20.00,55:21.50,60:23.00,65:24.50,70:26.00,75:27.50,80:29.00,85:30.50,90:32.00,95:33.50,100:35.00,100000:00

if I put in 100 items it returns shipping as $35.00
if I put in 200 items it returns shipping as $70.00

but here's the problem, if I put in 105 items it returns shipping as $43.00
Why is it $43???? Should it be $39? $35 for the first 100 and an additional $4 for the next 5?

I have no handeling fee set. I'm not sure why this is happening. :?
