Bad example for JURISDICTION? (missing tags?)

Dear Sir or Madam:

Reading the specification for the JURISDICTION extension (3.3.6.1), it 
says that you can have a long description 'recdescr'.

The example below does not include the long description inside a pair of
<recipient-description> ... </recipient-description>

You either need to fix the declaration or the example.
