Note on libawl and license

Hi,

I added libawl that I'll be using for [iv]Calendar parsing to
phpgwapi. Headers in the code says GPLv2 on some places. I've talked
to the author and he let's us use it even though we are GPLv3. New
versions of libawl will be "GPLv2 or later".
