As you will see in :

I propose a patch for 0.9.16.012 to address the lack of testing of
files' upload errors in filemanager.

I noticed the erronous behaviour trying to reproduce
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=486221

Any idea if this would qualify for an update (.013 ?) ?
