[phpOpenTracker-User] how are pageimpressions counted?

hi there,

i am using phpopentracker via webbug, and i have a question about the
numbers of pageimpressions:

when i use the API - Call for pageimpressions, it seems to return the right
total number of PI (i compared the results  to a log file analysis tool...),
but if i use the "top" - call on documents, the number differs from the
total results - it looks like the pageimpression on a single document / url
is only count once per visit?

also, the table "pot_accesslog" always logs the client_id as "0" -

has anyone a hint?
