[phpOpenTracker-general] Split_tables help

Hi, 

First thanks for this nice tracking package, I have been using it for some
times now and I really find it useful !

My phpOpenTracker tables are getting big and I would like mo migrate to the
mysql_merge mode.  I tried the split_tables.php script but without full
success. I get the new tables, but they are not populated with the old
data...

I would greatly appreciated if someone could advise me with the split_table
process. 

So what I did;

-change the config from "mysql" to "mysql_merge"
-run the split_tables script
-got some errors with undefined functions in DB/mysql_merge.php
-fix the various errors with it
-the split_tables.php script ran without error
-the new tables are still empty...

I tried this a couple times, with various changes, but I always end up with
empty tables.
