I'm not familiar with -Dpassword reset=true. Where did you find this? GMane did not return anything. Neither did the FAQ. Anyway see my previous post. The stuff which is giving you headaches is stored in the database. It is not in the imagefolder so you don't have to mess with that. If you don't mind losing your settings (the server and contacts stuff) then kill the .pixory folder and start pixory anew. It will ask you for all the stuff. If you direct it again to your image folder you will have your albums and descriptions again. You'll have to reconfigure the share stuff again. I don't know how much of a hacker you are, but if you are you can look at the data in the database (use your favourite jdbc tool and start a hsql server with the pixory data) you will see that the password is encrypted so your lost there either.
