Lost access to PIXORY

I seem to have lost all ability to use pixory. When I start it I get the
login but using my id and password it comes back saying that it can't
service the request and click here to try again.


I saved my pixory folder in another spot and then downloaded the new program
and tried to start all over again, hoping to use the saved library later on.

It STILL asks for user id and password and STILL gives the same result.

I am assuming something is hanging around in the registry.

I tried using the cmd line to start with the -Dpassword reset=true thing and
exactly the same thing happens, it does NOT go to the configuration screen..


I assume I am dong something wrong. Please help:-)
