I see.  What confused me was the Cover Text appears on the ‘home page’
below the Album Cover photo, and the Display Name also appears on the
‘home page’, but above the Cover photo.  So why both on the ‘home page’?
Cover Text would be a short description/narrative and Display Name is
the actual display name of the cover… that would make sense.  I think to
make it more intuitive you could add something like Cover Text: (brief
description/narrative, appears under Album Cover Photo on Public Home
Page) or something in the configuration section?  Or is that overkill?

Alon,

They are really very different things. "Display name" means "name of
the album". This name appears on every album page. "Cover text" is a
short summary description of what is contained in the album and appers
only on the album "cover". The album "cover" is the page that has the
cover photo and cover text, presently only visible in the public
catalog (viewer home).
