There is no need to use a batch file, but you must use the command "javaw" instead of "java". Create a shortcut in the startup folder with the following content: javaw -Djava.awt.headless=true -jar pixory.jar Joe, you could consider adding this info in your "how-to-start- pixory"-section in the readme-file. /Gunnar ------------------------ Yahoo!
