RE: images don't show up

Did you set up your directory structure correctly. AN examples is
C:\SHAREDPHOTOS/ALBUM1
C:\SHAREDPHOTOS/ALBUM2 
And so on. Each Album is in a subdirectory of Shared Photos and Shared
Photos is the directory you set up during configuration.

Other that that I have no idea what may be happening.
