Yep, you've found a bug, but I can't reproduce it exactly the way you
describe here.

Yes, once an album is changed from "Anon URL" to something else, and
then back again to Anon URL, it cannot be accessed "anonymously".

However, regardless of how many changes you make, the other  sharing
methods (public, listed contact, private) should still work as
advertised. So for instance, if you change the sharing method to
"listed contact", from anything, then the listed contacts (and only
those contacts) will be able to access the album. That is true
regardless of what changes were made before. 

I'll have the Anon URL sharing method fixed for the next release.
