It is in the FAQ but the documentation is very sparse. The key is to get a
CMD window, set the directory to the directory of Pixory, and then execute
the command exactly as shown in the FAQ.

It also says to terminate Pixory but that is not at all clearly described
either. You want to end the javaw task.
