Starting Pixory automatically

How do I start Pixory automatically when I start windows? I don't want a
reply that says run the javaw or run the -djava or anything like that . I
want a reply that tells me EXACTLY what to put in the HKLM entry or the
STARTUP folder so that I can get it to work. I am TOTALLY clueless about
this because if I just drag the pixory.jar to the startup folder and then
try to run it now from there all I get is bad command and if I leave it
there and reboot it does not start either. This is possibly the hardest part
of this whole process. Having to click on it manually every time I for one
reason or another (say a windows update) that I have to restart gets old and
gets forgotten.
An exe file that starts the program would be a hugely beneficial enhancement
here.
