Problem with swedish letters

Hi,
I use Swedish letters in my folder names as well as the names of my
pictures. This works fine, but I have discovered that when I use the
download ZIP-archive function, the ZIP-archive is faulty, and it is
not possible to unzip my pictures.
The Winzip meesage is (in swedish, sorry):
Extracting to "C:\Documents and Settings\Administratör\Lokala
inställningar\Temp\"
Use Path: no Overlay Files: yes
caution: filename not matched:
031229_Foton_i_+äng+Ñrdsbergen_01_sn+Â.JPG
error: no files were found - nothing to do
So my guess is that there is a problem with swedish letters, do you
have any idea?
