Brian,

That's a frequently requested feature that is high on my todo list. We
refer to it as "cascading album attributes" and it has been discussed
on this list a while back. If you look back several months (or more),
you can find this discussion. Note that the pixory mailing list is
archived on gmane.org, where it's much easier to search and read in a
threaded fashion.

It won't be in the next couple of releases because I'm still flushing
out features associated with the new sharing model. But after that is
baked I'll turn my attention to cascading album attributes.
