Can you telnet mail.optonline.net 25?

If so, then Pixory should work. If not, then maybe you have a firewall
in place that is blocking outgoing TCP connections?

I don't understand what you are saying here. I thought the anonymous
URL is _hard_ to decode. Each album is assigned a unique id, which is
a randomly generated 33 character string. How are you going to decode
a random 33 character string?

You can't. Hits logging is not yet implemented.
