Anytime i try and log into Pixory i get this

 Pixory is unable to service your last request. Click  here  to start
over.

It worked a few times but now every time i try and even log in I get
that... How can I

1)uninstall Pixory so when i restart and redownload it acts like i
never have used it before and i can set it back up from step one

or

2)fix this so i can use this very cool program...
