Joe,
I changed the look of a local pixory instance and noticed that the
images are not transparent.
After I changed some colors (i want a sepia look for my pics site) I
noticed for instance the home.icon has a whitish interior. This looks
rather ugly when not using a whitish background.
Is it possible to use transparency for things like that?
I altered home.gif with Gimp and it works.
Unfortunatly it is not that simple because changing the interior is
sometimes not enough to create a consistent image. The home.gif has
some greyish at the border of the image, which then looks peculiar.
So we have 3 options:
1: you change it globally. the best option ;-)
2: I change it globally and submit it, but it will not always be
satisfying.
3: I change it locally and we don't bother the pixory community with it.
But I think changing the icons takes the css stuff more serious.
(themes anybody)
