Releasing 1.1.2 [was: Disk cache is not being written since Polipo 1.1.1]

Okay, I think this almost deserves releasing 1.1.2.

investigate issue 34,

I'll be extremely grateful.  I'm pretty sure it's in the tunnel code, but
the only thing that changed there are c61964b and e029462, which both look
correct to me.
