Re: [Pound Mailing List] No Logs, Pound on FreeBSD 10.0

It seems like two processes are trying to bind to the same port. It 
would be great if you could see which process is occupying the port at 
the moment when one of these log messages appears. Is it pound or 
something else? Either case brings up interesting questions. If it's 
pound, then why is another instance of pound trying to start? And if it 
isn't pound, then how can pound ever start at all with something else 
already running on that port? So it's most likely the former case.

Why are multiple instances of pound trying to start? Do you have monit 
(or similar) keeping pound alive, but its health check is faulty? Pound 
is up, but monit doesn't think so, therefore it spins up another instance?
