For a non-techie like me it would be helpful if you had a drag n drop feature for  images that refer to sites.Even though there are commands/filters for it I do not know which one to use for it.Thanks!

I'm rejecting this for Privoxy itself, but it could be theoretically be
covered by TODO list item #100:
     Create a cross-platform Privoxy control program and retire
     the win32 GUI. Integrate support for Privoxy-Regression-Test,
     Privoxy-Log-Parser, Privoxy-Filter-Test, uagen and similar tools.
