My concern still is that "Allura" currently doesn't work
with various browser configurations including mine:
https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/tickets/5475/

My impression is that after the upgrade we'd have to disable
the request trackers so users don't file requests that aren't
answered due to the accessibility problems.
