Hello all I just did the same thing with upgrading 10.8 too 10.9 too suffer the same issue with Privoxy as everybody else, after a reboot privoxy refuse too start. But did solve the issue within minutes. here is how ya might be able too solve your problem ! 1) Goto System,then open Security & Privacy 2) Goto section Allow apps download from: Mac App Store and identified developers too Anywhere. For this section you'll need admin rights too proceeds 3) Goto the Privoxy Download Package and reinstall the app hopefully it should restart as new.
