Have you started a list somewhere?   So far, I've got
- site doesn't require javascript to work
- acceptable privacy policy
- site doesn't require "trackers" to work (eg. googleapis.com - which
is really part of an acceptable privacy policy)

I still have a favorable opinion of SF.. it might take a while to get
something fixed, but they're not collecting any money from us, so I
guess I'm looking at that as part of the price that we are paying.

Self-certified or US/EU Safe Harbor?  Not that I really followed the
news while safe harbor was being created, but I thought the EU
accepted it as at least adequate enough privacy?
