So i don't know how privoxy got on my computer, but i tried uninstalling it, 
but then my whole internet doesn't work. After restarting my PC, it somehow 
installed itself again. Please help, as pivoxy saps A LOT of internet and I 
can't seem to update anything. I have a program called net limiter 3 and 
when I update programs, privoxy saps all of the bandwith and none goes to 
updating, Please help Thanks
