SPI didn't object to the proposal, thus I declare June the first
"Privoxy month" and intend to contact the donors shortly.

In the meantime I already spent a couple of days working on #57,
briefly looked at #126 and will probably continue with the
curl-related parts of #1 until the "votes" trickle in.
