I was looking at Debian and Gnome blogs marvelling at the fact that most
of them use either Blosxom or PyBlosxom. Anyhow, that's when I noticed
a blog that uses Blosxom 2.0 and has an RSS 0.9.1 feed that has pubDate
as element of item.

I double-checked the RSS 0.9.1 DTD and that doesn't look valid to me.
Can anyone who has more experience in feed standards shed more light on
this? If the item element is allowed to have a pubDate element child, I'd
love to stick it in our default RSS flavour.
