wsgi, mod_python, et al

I checked in all of Steven's changes.  That should make PyBlosxom play 
nicely with WSGI, mod_python and other frameworks.

Steven--if you could send us the other pyblosxom starter scripts 
(pyblosxom.wsgi, ...) that you have, that'd be really great.  Also, it'd 
be good to get this documented in the manual.  I have no experience with 
either WSGI or mod_python (though I do know what they are, I've never had 
a chance to use them), so I'm going to need help getting that in.

That's one of the three big things I want to fix for PyBlosxom 1.2:

   1. DONE: WSGI, mod_python, and other framework isues
   2. index caching, fix tools.Walk...  (this is Bill's stuff)
   3. better documentation

Anyhow, many thanks go to Steven and his perseverence.  w00t!

On a side note, I'm heading to Florida tomorrow morning for a few days and 
won't be back until Sunday.  If any problems pop up with things I just 
checked in, Bill, Ted and Wari all have checkin privs and they can fix 
things as they see fit.
