Seems as if we really struck a nerve with folks who really love Twisted. Check out some of the comments on my blog entry: http://www.bluesock.org/~willg/blog/dev/pyblosxom/pyblosxom.1.2.here.html The first comment is mildly irritating because he doesn't state what details he wants to know above and beyond the email that I linked to. The second comment tells us we weren't trying hard when doing the Twisted setup (and that's all he says about that). However, he says there's an 'ab' in the apache bin directory which can help with future benchmarking. Steven, if you have some spare time, check into the Twisted issues and see if we can't at least figure out why the benchmark for Twisted is not particularly good. If not, don't worry.
