Spam in the mailing list

My god, looks like it's coming again. The first time a mail from 
pyblosxom-devel-admin comes in, I added the email to an "Always hold 
for approval" list, which seems to work, for a while. Now, it seems 
that the spammers know how to manipulate mailman to allow such 
retrictions through.

Have anyone got any ideas on how to deal with this? Is this problem 
seen on other mailing list? Do we have to make this list into an all 
moderation list?
