Unlicensed contrib plugins

Ok,

I've taken a pass through the contrib directory and most of the  
content is licensed.  The files which are not licensed are:

autoping.py - initial checkin by Wari
weblog-add.py - initial checkin by Wari - author =  <[email protected]>
entryparsers/rst.py - initial checkin by Wari - author = <sean dot  
bowman at acm dot org>
entryparsers/txtl.py - initial checkin by Wari

flavour_examples appear to have been authored by wari, wilhelm or  
me.  If you gentlemen are agreeable, I'd like to put a README/LICENSE  
file in the directory licensing these under the MIT License

plugins/pyarchives.py - unlicensed -- looks like Wari is the author?
plugins/pyfilenamemtime.py - Tim Roberts http://www.probo.com/timr/blog/
plugins/preformatters/genericwiki.py - author = <[email protected]>


I'd like to make a release of the contrib plugins on Wednesday  
night.  I've sent mail to each of the authors listed above, asking  
for their permission to license their plugins under the MIT  
License.    If we can resolve these licensing issues by Wednesay, the  
files will go into the pack.  Otherwise, they or their rewritten  
replacements will have to wait for the next cycle.
