pyblosxom contribs 1.2.1

Hi folks,

I did not get licenses for the following three files, so I did not  
include them in the new release of contribs:

autoping.py
weblog-add.py
plugins/pyarchives.py

I haven't uploaded this to sourceforge (I've actually never done that  
before), and before I do, it would be great to get a sanity check.   
I've placed the tarball on my website

If one or two people have a moment for a quick sanity check/review,
