It looks fine to me, though it doesn't have the changes I just checked in 
to conditionalhttp and I also added rss2renderer.  Neither are wildly 
necessary, though, without the fixes I just made to the blosxom renderer 
and conditionalhttp, the conditionalhttp plugins is useless since it goes 
and sends all the data that would have been sent anyways.

Having said that, because one of the fixes is in the blosxom renderer, it 
doesn't really make a difference until we release a new version of 
PyBlosxom 1.2.

Steven had a release tool.  If he has time, he should do the release... 
Oh wait--he's not an admin.  Hrm.  If you feed me a list of changes and 
the final .tar.gz file, I can do the release.
