hey everyone. i'd like to follow up by thanking will for everything he's done
on pyblosxom, and also by reiterating that this isn't official yet. i'm glad
to do whatever i can to help, but i haven't been part of the community for
long, so will and i are open to any other suggestions or offers.

if i do take over as first line of support for contributed plugins, i wouldn't
do anything drastic. mostly, i'd solidify our support for the plugins we do
have, and decide on a general policy for adding or removing plugins.

the one thing i probably would look at is comments, spam in particular. it's
one of the most troublesome area for new users, so it's probably the first
thing i'd look at in any depth.
